A stress reliever. Engages the mind, body, and spirit in overall personal health and well being.
How I Stay Motivated:
Set realistic goals. Don't fall into a rut with repetition. Include variation and modifications. Don't be afraid to try something new. Always keep the body guessing. Don't get distracted by others and get into a conversation and loose 15 minutes of workout time. Get into the gym, do what you came there for and get out.
Unfortunately, I got the flu on Tuesday and it hit me hard while I was working out! I thought maybe it was food poisining because I couldn't keep anything down, not even water! I was surprised because I haven't been sick in such a long time and was in good health. Suprisingly I have bounced...
