How I Started:
I made a bet with my dad in October/07 about who could get more fit. The bet lasted 2 months. I liked it, and continued with the lifting; only since then i found this website and started doing things properly

Well I'm just starting out now. This is my second week of serious training. Only lost 3 pounds so far but I have to get into a routine of working out and EATING well. The diet is my biggest problem.
