It actually wouldn't require much change. Just basically move the pre workout and post workout things later, and one of the other meals earlier. Not a big deal.
As for the lifting, I usually set up a superset of two exercises, with like bench and dumbell curls, inclined bench and close grip chin-ups. Do one and then the other without rest, and then take a minute of rest before the next superset. It keeps your heart rate way up and hits both muscle groups really hard.
Pretty much impossible to gain mass huh? I eat 5-6 meals a day... About 350g protein/400g carbs. Lots of chicken, pasta, brown rice, peanut butter, not a whole lot of red meat. Im pretty much stuck at ~200lbs...
