i would start doing wide grip chin ups. 5 sets of failure, and push urself hard. this will widn out your back and shoulders. it will help.

It actually wouldn't require much change. Just basically move the pre workout and post workout things later, and one of the other meals earlier. Not a big deal. As for the lifting, I usually set up a superset of two exercises, with like bench and dumbell curls, inclined bench and close grip chin-ups. Do one and then the other without rest, and then take a minute of rest before the next superset. It keeps your heart rate way up and hits both muscle groups really hard.

Pretty much impossible to gain mass huh? I eat 5-6 meals a day... About 350g protein/400g carbs. Lots of chicken, pasta, brown rice, peanut butter, not a whole lot of red meat. Im pretty much stuck at ~200lbs...
