How I Started:
I actually started working out when I was in the Air Force about 2 years ago.. I started college and let myself go pretty bad... Well, one day I couldnt believe how much I let myself go!!! Its a new year for this body....
Why I Love It:
It's a GOAL that does not take a team to accomplish it.... It's your own personal goal that makes you feel great about yourself..
How I Stay Motivated:
Lookin at pics of myself back in the day.. And knowing the potential my body has... Also, things in life require much patience and work.. So I just imagine what I will look like if I stay on track...

Improve on my legs!!! I have to work them out, and hopefully since this is the biggest muscle in the human body, it will help me add more weight to my frame!!!
Well today I went to a wedding and it was either I eat pork or baked chicken with rice and veggies... Of course it was the baked chicken ... No beer man just water

thats cool bro. I know exactly where your talking about. I jus hit up the community gym where im at over here in summerfield and hit up the one in my parents community up the street. Used to goto LA fitness.

I usually do mostly compound exercises for first 3 quarters of my workouts then finish with some isolation exercises to get a final pump of the target muscle group.
Hey nice to meet a fellow Repiratory Therapist. I work in the operating room in the anesthesia dept. Here in Quebec Respiratory Therapist also do a year of anesthesia so we are anesthesia assistants also.
I am on a pre contest diet, losing fat so my diet is broken down into six meals a day. 255 grams protein, 185 grams carbs and 55 grams of fat. I get most of my carbs upon waking and pre and post workout...everything else is spread out pretty even.
