I stopped taking that awhile ago. I loss weight but not the bodyfat like I wanted. So it did everything it said it wouldn't do. I take mostly BSN products and as of now they are working wonders right now. I feel pumped, focused, and motivated at all times. I have to force myself to take a rest day. Right now I do cardio 3 times a week. Weights 4 times a week and 1 rest day. But this is only my first week on this schedule. I will let you know how it turns out. Dueces!

Thanks for the uplifting words. I have increased my cardio in my workouts. But my thing is that I don't want to become too skinny. I feel that I am at a good size but just too much bodyfat. I am trying to build mass while at the same time lose bodyfat. My diet is pretty sound and I just recently put in some supplements. But when I did alot of cardio. I feel that I am getting skinny. And when I do little to no cardio I am getting bigger but my midsection stays the same. I'm confused brother.

That's for the advice on nutrition. I really needed to know if I was on the right track. And thanks to you know I am. Your Page also helped with my supplementation insite. Especially since we take some of the same supplements. I will keep you posted of the results. Thanks again.

I'm doing well thanks for asking. My motivation is high and I am sticking to my diet. I only have a problem keeping up with the supplements on a daily basis. But I'm good.

Right now I am work for the MDA in Arlington, Virginia. I am from chicago originally. When I was in I was stationed on Bolling in DC. I was CE.

Sounds great. Right now I am trying to create a good workout schedule to fit around my work schedule. I currently have 2 full-time jobs working 16 hours Monday thru Friday. It's hard for a brotha right now. But I get it in whenever I can.

Thanks for the add. Actually my workouts have been going smoothly as well. As for competing, I am a long way from that. But when I get my bodyfat down and see more results anything can happen. So is there a competition date set for you yet?

I'm good. I am extremely motivated right now with my workouts. Before I workout I look at little of my Victor Martinez DVD and it gets me pumped. How have your workouts been going for you?
