Yesterday I had a good session with my trainer. She informed me that my bodyfat level has went down 4% in 4 weeks. She changed my workout and intensified my cardio. Which is great. I ready to take my workouts to the next level.

Been only using animal cuts for about 2 weeks in, but they're working pretty good so far, energy without the jittery feeling and a little more definition.
