I have been in and out of the gym for about a year now and seen progress come and go. But I feel that I really need to get in shape and stay there. Summer is right around the corner and I feel and look terrible. But that's all going to change I am on my way to my first six pack. That is my goal...
btw, i saw you had Hydroxycut on your supp list. if you're still taking that, STOP! the FDA recently sent out word that Hydroxycut has been responsible for several cases of severe liver damage as well as at least 1 death. so check yourself
yeah, well the problem is that you're trying to do two often contradictory things, add mass and lose fat. it's a difficult balancing act. i know, because i'm trying to do the same thing. the key to getting lean without sacrificing too much muscle is keeping your workouts to about an hour long, not much longer, especially cardio. if you go for too long your body will start breaking down muscle for energy, which is the opposite of what you want.

Its goin good I can say..today I put up 225, the only problem is, Im only gaining strength and not the size I want. Eating like crazy and healthy, but my genetics just suck!!!
