How I Started:
I am not really sure. I have always been involved in sports and I have just always had a passion for weight lifting. I remember waking up before elementary school to work out in my basement. I did that in middle school as well. Then in Highschool I played football, wrestled, and ran track. So once I graduated, bodybuilding took over.
Why I Love It:
I love the results. Other than that I don't really know why, I have just always enjoyed it. I guess it just gets your mind off everything else and seems to relieve all your stress and everything else your dealing with outside of the gym. Not to mention how it improves your health and athletic ability. I guess its just that feeling you get when you finish that last set, your muscles are pumping, you look huge, and you know you've accomplished something.

haha no no no i work at ballys training and receptionist and then on the side i work promo jobs for sniperbabes, naafs, icp, ect... lol~ yeahhh paperworks not my thing either~ I feel yah pain
Well...It's hard to reach the perfect body... it takes a lot of hard work but motivation it's definitely the key and now seeing my progress with small daily achievements it's easier to get that :)
i deffinetly will keep you updated :) i always wanted to try that muay thia, it looks really good. i did a little bit of ufc fighting but that was just grapling lol. no i dont model, that was for my boxing and gym. i was kind of interested in doing some of that fitness modeling but i dont know if im what they're looking for haha

Yeah I do high carb day every 4th day and it's more of a high calorie day period cus I eat more PB and more carbs. Today was a high carb day... and through out the day I must have had half the jar of PB lol! but otherwise same ol stuff no bad foods or alcohol :)
