Review:  Probably the best bang for your buck. Plenty of protein in each serving and the taste isn't bad.

Workout Program:
I workout EOD or E2D. I don't work out if I'm sore and therefore I don't have any a bodypart for certain days. I just have workout #1-#4. My reps also change from workout to workout along with what exercises I do. I'm just gonna give my split below. I usually do 3-4 sets & somewhere...
