How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
It depends. I will switch it up from 6-10 to 10-15. I like the 6-10 range for mass building and the 10-15 for toning and shaping.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
Usually two minutes. I like to keep my heartrate up.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?

I started something different this week and it's called TABATA training. It is a interval training program that is extremely intense. Today was legs and I nearly teared up from the pain! The program was developed for the Japanese speed skating team. I plan on doing the program for six weeks and will then go back to a more traditional program. If anyone else has tried this program I would be interested in hearing how it worked for you.

what i would do bro is count calories. that phrase is looked down on alot, but i count mine not to watch how much i eat but to SEE how much i eat on paper ya know? write it down and add up the calories, now if its less than 2500-3000 for a man your size, your not going to gain mass.....i eat 6000 cal a day

Looking great man, your arms are really cut. I started 5 months ago and been cutting for 3 wks. Yeah at 38 I said it time to make a change, hope to be 180-200lbs at 6% bf before 40.
