was over wheight...joined a small gym and focused on cardio for bout 1 year and a half, lost about 30lbs...soon after started weight training, been doin good and bad, seeing good results then bad, but mostly good
Why I Love It:
keeps the old fat! off, and gives me something to do other than sit around doin nothing!

sad but true...being able to bench more than 95lbs and squatting more than 135lbs..lol..and getting up to 200lbs on bench and 240lb on squat...not much but its something
you must be a severe newbie bro. its wieghts. iron=metal. how long you been liftin?
seriously though, protien, creatine and nitric oxide are the best starting supps. try your hardest to stay away from anabolics, theyve got lots of side effects.
