I felt the pain after I started lifting weights and didn't stop.
Why I Love It:
To see and feel the strength I am gaining out of working out. But also the results of my body toning up and leaning out made me even want to go further and push harder.

Goal (Long):
I have been working out for since november of 2008. I have a atheletic toned body I just want to gain weight make my abs show much more than now. And just give myself the healthiest and sexy bodies ever.
Hey. Nice to hear from you. Hope you get better. I have been doing a lot of body weight exercising in the park with the pull ups and dip bars. Adding new stuff to my fitness exercising.
Hey Girl. Been up 2 nothing but trying to keep my head above water like the Evans and trying to move on up like the Jefferson. I hope you are hanging on in there.
What did you injure? Is it a break, tear, pull?
I'm doing well... starting to increase my intensity again... was kind of going through the motions a couple of weeks ago, going to the gym but not really pushing hard... now I'm at it again
I hope you are recovering. I personally would not take the diet pills. I would concentrate on doing a bit more cardio with weights and focusing on a good healthy meal plan. Deit pills fool the body to thinking it is not hungry. You will be hurting yourself.
