I have been working out for since november of 2008. I have a atheletic toned body I just want to gain weight make my abs show much more than now. And just give myself the healthiest and sexy bodies ever.

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?

What did you injure? Is it a break, tear, pull? I'm doing well... starting to increase my intensity again... was kind of going through the motions a couple of weeks ago, going to the gym but not really pushing hard... now I'm at it again
