It's a personal sport. What you do reflects directly upon YOU. No excuses. No blaming anyone for failures or praising others for success. It's all up to YOU.
How I Stay Motivated:
Lately it's been difficult with being busy with work, side projects, and these unfortunate injuries. After stumbling upon the $50k challenge, I think I've found some new motivation.

Drop to and maintain about 8% bodyfat for the remainder of the year.
Goal (Long):
After the 2009 MuscleTech transformation I bulked up to add some size to my legs and work on some symmetry. Now I'm going to cut to 8% bodyfat and maintain that through the new year.
