How I Started:
At the age of nine, I already loved weight-lifting and sports. Now at 21, I still adore weight-lifting and sports, but I am much more educated and aware about body-building. I also think that yoga is simply amazing***!
For a few years though, I kind of let myself go, partying, drinking, more partying and more drinking... I was in my 140's (pounds) at some point. So last december I began P90X and elliptical machine and trendmill and also some kick boxing with my wavemaster. December 1st 2008, I weighted 135 pounds of kind of flaby skin and muscles. Today, 22 march, I weight 128 pounds of firm muscles. But still, wayyyy tooo gooo, I wanna get more definition and start doing some kung fu!!!
Why I Love It:
Makes me happy, my mood is a real blast, no need for other sources of high, when I work-out I am the happiest woman on earth. Plus I enjoy seing my body evolve and transform into something better, stronger, faster... Hot hot!
How I Stay Motivated:
I just do it! and Tony Horton(P90X) is my hero.. thanks for saving my life TONY!!! NO Crispy Creams In the HOUSE!
BB Accomplishments:
Way to come ;)
