When I Started:
Nov, 2007
How I Started:
I have been a Martial Artist since i was 10 however a serious back injury (from moving to a new apartment not fighting) laid me out for over a year, i gained huge amounts of weight (though i was never totally fit to begin with) I got into working out again to restore my body (and then take it beyond) as well as to prepare me to take my martial arts to a new level.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling better i love the release, most of all i think i love watching the transformation, like "look what i did!"
How I Stay Motivated:
Unrelenting focus in anything I do has always been easy for me, most of the time im focused on writing or working or something mental, this time I'm going to apply my focus to physical. the singular image that can keep me moving are thoughts of those massive Greek statues of warriors who have bodies like gods, those guys did it back with no science or equipment, so i should be able to remained focused considering the amazing help i have from chemical and biological knowledge.
BB Accomplishments:
watching my 180 pound ex army buddy give up and then still doing 15 more miles on the bike and 10 sets more abs, not to show him up, but because it was my planed work out. 12-19*07

Ask a guy who lost 110lbs of fat wile tripling his strength in under 20 weeks anything.
"Not No, Yes."
When asked by others what my qualifications are to offer advice on a given topic I would often respond "I'm a bit of a polymath." However I have grown ever so tired of reciting the definition of polymath.

357 top after i got my back to work again, dieted and light cardioed down to 320 and started there with the real work out.
im down almost 80lbs and feel so great i now just feel like someone covered in fat rather then a fat person. i have been asked to help the girl who has been a major inspiration in my life to train which will be great she says she wants better results and has been impressed by what i have done...
Hey bro, I hear ya. It doesn't come easy, and gained about 25 lbs. this Spring because I got very sick... but I have literally discovered a miracle, which helped me to drop about 8 pounds since Saturday. It's probably not your fault you are fat... fish and veggies can make you fat if your not careful (if they contain GMO's color enhancers)... scary shit out there. I'll answer more questions here via PM or on the boards: http://www.hcgfatloss.com/phpb b3/
Good luck in your goals Iz...great weight loss already...it's gonna take some time, but you certainly are determined. Thanks for the comment and I hope to continue to inspire you! Makes it all worth while for both of us, right??
the ufc 83 was great. bisping was suited alot better at 185. GSP was ace aswell. what did you think of the 100m sprint race by kailb starnes and nate quarry.
Thanks bro..yeah...very few people these days..well at least the people around here are doing it without the help of the roids, HGH, Test.....etc..I got kids at my gym who are 17-18 years old already pumping the juice!!! Can you believe that!!!?!? It's something that will never ever enter my system.
Take care brotha and keep on training hard!!!
I was studying MMA through Militech for a bit, But i lost sight of that cause the classes are the same time as my job and the studio moved an hour from my house. I auditioned for Gladiator and got a second interview!! i dont think i'll make it on the show though!
Sounds like you got a good routine going. Make sure your diet coincides with your regimen and you're gonna be 220 in no time. Let me know if you ever need advice on diet/supplements or whatever. Keep at it!
