When I Started:
Nov, 2007
How I Started:
I have been a Martial Artist since i was 10 however a serious back injury (from moving to a new apartment not fighting) laid me out for over a year, i gained huge amounts of weight (though i was never totally fit to begin with) I got into working out again to restore my body (and then take it beyond) as well as to prepare me to take my martial arts to a new level.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling better i love the release, most of all i think i love watching the transformation, like "look what i did!"
How I Stay Motivated:
Unrelenting focus in anything I do has always been easy for me, most of the time im focused on writing or working or something mental, this time I'm going to apply my focus to physical. the singular image that can keep me moving are thoughts of those massive Greek statues of warriors who have bodies like gods, those guys did it back with no science or equipment, so i should be able to remained focused considering the amazing help i have from chemical and biological knowledge.
BB Accomplishments:
watching my 180 pound ex army buddy give up and then still doing 15 more miles on the bike and 10 sets more abs, not to show him up, but because it was my planed work out. 12-19*07

What IzRiot Is Up To:

IzRiot changed Weight from 247 lbs. to 245.2 lbs., a 1.8 lb. loss in 46 days - 4:11 pm - Comment
357 top after i got my back to work again, dieted and light cardioed down to 320 and started there with the real work out.
Bis aren't growing because i don't really train them anymore, but all and all id say my arms are looking better because of the leaning up a bit and a bit more Tri.
im down almost 80lbs and feel so great i now just feel like someone covered in fat rather then a fat person. i have been asked to help the girl who has been a major inspiration in my life to train which will be great she says she wants better results and has been impressed by what i have done...
There are a lot of fine place for steak here brah ;) Got a torn tendon in my right arm it's freaking me out right now not sure if I should get it checked.
Thank you! I am not sure what my exact path will be at the moment - it is a decision I have yet to finalize :) I am open to opportunities, and have many interests. Hope you have a good weekend!
no, no, your comment to me was uniquely yours, and I have never heard the thought phrased that way. I appreciate each and every one, I have no expectations for them, nor do I take them for granted, so thank you once more - it was special, as you must be yourself
