As a child I was always tall and slim. Then one year, appeared these DUBS( my 38DD's)and along came several weight issues. In July 2007, I began working out and I lost a total of 15lbs and 12inches but I fell off and gain all that weight back. I was truly dissapointed with myself and hated the way my body looked. I decided to place a bet with my boyfriend (who is a Army veteran)to see if who could lose/gain the most weight and truly transform their bodies!
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it make me feel alive! I feel proud of myself and I have increased energy. It's also nice to take measurements and watch as the pounds melt away!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep full length pictures of myself everywhere as a reminder of how far I've come and why I began working out. I really want to compete so I also hang pictures of my inspirations Tiffani Forni, Ava Cowan and Karen Voight as daily reminders of where I want to be by the end of this year!
BB Accomplishments:
The best is yet to come.

Iwood29updated Fit Status "today is cardio and abs! 6 pack by my bday 9/29!!!!"
My goal is to lose 45lbs of fat within 6mths and transform my body so I can compete!
Goal (Long):
All my life I've wanted to transform my body and compete. When I was younger I use walk around in my mother's high heels pretending I was "She-Hulk" and my body was perfect. I don't want to perfect I want to be able to walk around NAKED and not be embrassed of the slabs of bacons on my back or the rolls under my fat chin. I would like to be 140-145 with 6% bodyfat and wash board abs! I know with full dedication I can and will do this in the next 6 months! My current goal is to lose 30lbs by August 1st. I'll keep you posted.
you have goals on top of goals and I'm sure you can acheive everything you set out to do! Have you completed college? Are you coming in as an officer? If so and you come in before the year is out-you'll have to come to Alabama-when that happens let me know!
Really? Well I look forward to seeing you before I retire! It's a small Air Force so I expect you to make your goal within the year and be in my AF shortly thereafter! Keep striving cuz even if you don't join the AF your drive and determination will be the key for your success in whatever you do!
Good Luck in reaching all you future goals!Show the world BB.com rocks. Vote for me as model of the month at http://www.worldphysique.com/v otemale.html Thanks for your support!
