I eat food with plenty of protein and veggies, I do still have a sweet tooth so I make up for that with a fruit genrally an apple.
5-6 egg whites, and brocoli or another green veggie
organic apple with organic peanutbutter 2 Tbs, less ingredients in the peanutbutter the better.
Tilapia or chicken, brocoli, and brown rice
Protein shake, and an apple
chicken, ground turkey, or tilipia, veggie like brocoli or asparagus.
protein shake or a protein bar.

I think that supplements added a little kick start to getting into better shape and a healthier life style.
My morning routine- I take 2 CLA, 1 Tbs of safslim, 250mg Collagen, a protien shake, and Gnc Be beautiful chews.
Around 2pm I take two creatine pills as well as a protien bar.
I do better working out in the afternoon and it fits better with my schedule, so after my workout I have anouther Protien shake.
About an hour before dinner I take my last two CLA.
At night just before i go to bed i take my fish oil.
