I haven't been on this site for quite a while, so just read your message. I have been hitting the gym 5 or 6 days a week. Need someone to take some new pics of me and them remember how to downsize them to post them. Today is July 4th, hope your family will be at the beach to see the fireworks, they are awesome. Yes, I am 55 years old, old enough to be your grandfather I guess. Ha! Keep lifting buddy, I wished I had lifted at your age, you have many years ahead of you. Good luck and keep pumping and some day you will be grandfather too.
