How I Started:
I was athletic in high school power lifter, track, football and wrestling. I got fat while earning a Master's of Education in Guidance and Counseling, working full time and being in the U.S. Reserves.
Why I Love It:
I recently did a personal comprehensive profile and my biological age is 18 years old and my cardio-vascular fitness is in the superior range top 96th percentile, the results motivated me.
How I Stay Motivated:
I barely began making a picture portfolio as of March 07, seeing the progress inspires me. I am motivated by making it a life style and keeping a log.
BB Accomplishments:
I recently ran half a marathon which is an accomplishment. First place for my age group 30-34, Sambra Salad 5K 21:30, 2nd place Irish Run 5K. I continue to maintain body fat at under 12%.

Goal (Long):
I want to be a solid 163 pounds with under 7% bodyfat. I nearly have a six pack right now I want to define it even more, I would like to make it an 8 pack. I would like to increase mass size at shoulders, back and buttocks muscles. I want to run one mile at 5:15 I currently run at 6:00 flat (only 2 miles). I already accomplished a lot I went from 230 pounds to 170 and I am in better anaerobic shape now at 33 years of age then when I was 21 after military basic training.
Hey you made it through your first 1/2! How did you do and when is your next one? It's great to see an example of someone who's big & strong ... with good stamina and quickness.

thanks for the add man. yeh, the neck problem sucks but i have a great trainer who's helping me to work around it. so far so good. just gotta get my abs going like you. keep doing it to it man!
