What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
High protein low fat and moderate carbs. Carbs before noon, I try to avoid starches and sugar;200-315 grams of protein.

Ivan, my compliments to you on the great shape you're in. A person keeps getting better for a lot longer than most guys in their 20s think :) You've got another 10 years (at least) before hitting prime! Just think of what you'll achieve by then.
