How I Started:
At first it was a thing to do with friends, then later when most of them stopped, I realised that I liked it. Having less distractions, I started taking it more seriously to see how far I could go.
Why I Love It:
After hours of hard intelectual work, its the greatest being able to push your body to the limit. To me its a form of relaxation.
How I Stay Motivated:
It is something that has become part of my routine, and is as natural as getting out of bed in the morning. Also, a little unofficial competition with my friend.
