B/c I always wanted to see how far I could take my physique and b/c I simply like to challenge myself...
Why I Love It:
It is the healthiest activity to become involved in, provided you do it the "right way." The right way is to do it drug free, train properly, and eat healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Exercise is so therapuetic for me... I love how it makes me feel... What motivates me is probably being a living example of what I teach to my clients... But also, an inspiration to others... I just enjoy the feeling I get from the act of lifting weights and the challenge-point where I question if I can squeeze out another rep... I also like taking the intensity of a set further than most are willing to go... It motivates me to be the best I can be for me... And I will always be happy for doing that and being true to myself. I also love training around beautiful women... I love the attention I get from working out... Especially when I got that pump going!!! My chest all blown up, and veins popping out the arms as I walk to the water fountain.. I love that walk... B/c I can feel those eyes melting through my body from the ellipticals and stairclimbers from those sexy girls working out.. They do their thing, I do mine.. A mutual admiration... What better feeling than that!!!?? Also, the chance to prove myself AND to prove the doubters wrong... The credibility and respect from peers in that, I want to prove my philosophies in training and nutrition... And with my own success, that will sell... "Everyone loves a WINNER." So this is why I need to turn pro and be successful... I also want to be the best I can be in bodybuilding.. I want to eventually write a book on how I became a professional bodybuilder and how I got there.. I want to be a representation of pure science and its application building the most proportionate and symmetrical body I can possibly attain.
BB Accomplishments:
Learning how to prep and compete in a healthy manner. No limits or deprivation. And with this being said, having earned my pro card in 2009 doing it my way. The healthy way.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Frank Zane. He embodied more than a body. He had a holistic and complete approach. He put mind-body-spirit into the sport. Plus, he had a super small waist and an awesome v-taper. Definition was never a question with him and he was a master poser. Research has showed woman are attracted to men with a good shoulder-waist ratio. Bodybuilders now look atrocious. Big steroid filled bellies and a non-aesthetic look. Frank Zane. He embodied more than a body. He had a holistic and complete approach. He put mind-body-spirit into the sport. Do you sometimes use energy enhancing supplements?
Yes
Which supplements do you take? When do you take them?
Maybe during pre-contest prep, I would take gingko biloba or a B-complex. I like the vascularity and pump I get from them. The niacin in the B-complex is the main B-vitamin that enhances a pump.
