When I Started:
Nov, 2008
How I Started:
One day I decided that my body was changing in ways I didn't like. Actually, I've seen it changing in a few years and realized it was time to change. Sitting on the couch and eating more food was not turning me into a hottie.
Why I Love It:
Bodybuilding gives me more energy and it is starting to form a shape I never had. I used to have curves with no muscle tone. Now I'm starting to get toned. I love it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I workout with a personal trainer about 2 hours a week. Then the rest of the time is on me. So I try to do some cardio and plyometrics.
BB Accomplishments:
Since November 2008 till now I've lost 20 lbs. It doesn't seem like alot in several months, but I'm proud.
Thanks for the add girl! WOW What a compliment:) It's amazing to hear I'm helping to motivate others! Thats the reason I'm here! How's everything going for you?? Keep in touch:)
Diet is hard, but its a mind thing! We are so spoiled with yummy food temptations... I think about it like this do I want to taste it for a second or wear it forever!!
Thank you! But no...no secrets. A ton of hard work is all that it takes and a super clean diet. Not easy, but well worth it. Oh, and consistency. I started working out when i was 15 and am almost 33. I can't remember ever taking more than a few weeks off at most ever since then. I wish you the best of luck with your goals:))
