When I Started:
How I Started:
I started back when I was 13 years old with a small bench and weight set in my back yard. I did lifting and such for about 4 hours a day on average till I was about 16. Some people say its bad to start working out at a young age because of growth issues with the weight, maybe thats why im still short ha. I stopped for a long time and recently got back into it when a friend of mine needed a spotter at 5 am at his gym, started working out and seeing the results so I got back into it.
Why I Love It:
Its something to do, a good way to just get away from everyone and everything and jump into your own world where you are the only one who matters.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see progress after time and what I can do. My friend also help keep me motivated with how he improves, giving me tips and advice as we move along.
