OK This is my plan for the month of June-August:
I dont have a set exercise regimen for each day of the week. Rather I follow a 6 day work-out plan with 1 day of Active Rest.
6x a week I exercise for 30-45 mins. depending on the amount of carbs I have eaten for the day. Exercises are:
Weights lifting 4x a week
Average 3 sets of 10-15 reps for upper & lower body
Cardio 5x a week for at least 30 mins. and 1x for 45 mins.
Cardio usually consists of dancing or the treadmill
Active Rest is making sure Im off my butt doing anything for 30 mins. playing with my son or just going for a walk!
It sounds confusing but it works for me since everyday is different considering my schedule! |
