Goal (Long):
I want to be at 15-18% body fat! My goal is to live healthier and to have my body reflect the dedication and time I put in, and to be a better person with discipline and focus. Lose body fat and gain muscle and eventually I would like to be a Personal Trainer to help others especially moms who get caught-up in the frumpy house wife mind-set. Moms can be sexy and strong too, I got the sexy I just need the strong!

I am a very determined person, but this week has been a challenge. I feel as though I am allowing life to interfere with my weight loss and fitness goals and that is unacceptable. This week has been hectic I am in the process of changing jobs and my personal relationship with my partner is hot...
The pics are not the best in terms of lighting..but from what I can see you "Trying" to be sexy is not funny, just acurate. We all drop our goals at times..just keep at it!! Nice eyes in the black and white photo!
i am doing well i have been so busy with work that i only been hitting the gym 3 to 4 days a week but i am doing good ....hugs to you i hope you stay better
Thanks it's just a little celtic heart. I wanted to get something small to see if I could take the pain. So I got a heart to remind myself that love is always #1(cheesy I know). Didn't hurt really although he said it's a painful spot, but I think they say that about every spot! I want to get a tattoo on my side from waist to my hip. Waiting til after we have kids though don't want that thing stretching out and looking all warped, lol. What do you want to get?
If you would like to make your fitness goals or dreams come true in the next 12 weeks I recommend you look into the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the BFL program. It is not super easy nor is it so hard that you won’t be able to achieve your goals. We were amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
