Keep focused on my goals and train hard to push to new ones!
Goal (Long):
Long term I want to hit the stage at 230-240 and have an off-season weight of 260. I see no sense in getting fat when I am not close to a show. Bodybuilding is like sculpting. We use what we need and do away with the rest. Off season I want to keep the BF at 12-14% so my diet phase for a show will not have me loosing too much muscle.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
Upcoming Contest:
Nevada State Bodybuilding Championships

I did not do as well as I had expected in my second show (didn't make top 5). I liked how much drier and harder I was this time and my leg separation was sharper. Unfortunately, I need to really thicken up my upper torso to match. I have switched training to heavier loads with super sets instead...
Currently using a FST-7 style workout with a restpause set for each exercise.
Example - Chest
Incline Smith Press 8-12x4, Last set rest pause x2
Dumbell Press 8-12x3-4, Last set rest pause x2
Decline Hammer Press 8-12x3-4,Last set rest pause x2
Dips 8-15x7 - 30 sec rest between sets
Im sure it's unbearable in Nevada! However, in Canada, when it gets very hot, no one complains becuase it only lasts 2 months!(if we're lucky!) Makes us want to work harder @gym so that we can wear little clothing!!
