I'm doing well. I've been taking it easy at the gym the past 2 months...just giving my body a rest for a little. Today was my 1st day going full speed again...and boy it was rough in there...but it felt good afterwards.

Yes I do agree this summer wasn't the greatest...went by too fast and the weather wasn't the greatest. While I don't mind the Fall...I just hate the winter that shortly follows. Gimme the sun and the sand over the cold and the snow ANYDAY!

LOL naaa not this week...or the next few weeks for that matter. I won't be starting my private practice up until Sept. 14th...so I won't be helping to change people's lives until then lol.
