The hardest time to stay motivated for me is over the winter months...it's so easy to slack off when you know you can hide under big sweaters and jackets! But once January comes around the countdown to the summer is all I need to stay motivated. On the days that I need an extra kick in the pants the training scene from Rocky IV ALWAYS gets me goin

Take some fat free Cool-Whip, mix in some strawberries, spread it on a sugar free graham cracker and pop 'em in the freezer. Homemade ice-cream sandwich with hardly anything in it

High Protein, low fat, and low carbs...nothing too crazy
LOL! That's what I was doing before I got into training again, I was skinny but way too soft!! As far as cardio I do about everything..elliptical, treadmill, bike, revolving stair machine, running, jumprope. I like it better that way then I don't get bored.
