England's nice, good for you. I spent a month TDY at RAF Fairford teaching F-16 Egress. Lots of rain and blackout drinking at the pub is about all I can remember...

Hey whatsup man. Life is treating me good, back at the Rock and heading to the Fire Academy again in May for Rescue II. Nice being back in the States again, Kyrgyzstan was feezing...how's your training going?

Yeah I'm finally back in the States again. Been back home all week partying away all the hard work I did on the deployment...haha...How's training going? Your progress looks great!

Thanks, I appreciate it. I usually eat 6 times a day. Normally oatmeal and a banana in the morning, a mid morning snack of fruits, then either chicken or fish for lunch, afternoon whey protein shake, dinner's chicken or fish again, and then a night time muscle milk protein shake since it's thicker and a slow release casein. I try to stick to it most of the time, but I do have my cheat days!

Thanks! I've been deployed in Kyrgyzstan for the last 4 months and am coming home next week so all I've been doing over here is lifting...and a ton of crunches! I can see alot alot of improvement in your progress pics, you're hard work is really paying off. Oh, and the cowbell thing is a Will Ferrell quote...a CLASSIC one...hahaha
