How I Started:
I Graduated high school in 2002 at 135lbs. When I decided to join the Air Force, I wanted to bulk up. Once I got into a routine and saw some results, I knew it was something I would continue on with.
Why I Love It:
Love being in good shape, having strength, and staying healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being in good shape is a big part of my job both as a Firefighter and a Trainer. If I'm not motivated, my clients wont be either.
BB Accomplishments:
Gained 60 pounds of lean mass over the past 6 years and maintained a body fat percentage of 5%.
