Graduated high school in '02 at 135lbs. Decided to join the Air Force to be a Firefighter and needed to bulk up.
Why I Love It:
Love being in good shape, having strength, and staying healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Being in good shape is a big part of my job and most of the fire stations have their own gym. Since we work 24 hour shifts, you almost always have time to work out.
