Started to bulk up for football then joined a real bodybuilder gym n fell in love with the sport.

placed 1st in open middles at 07 continental usa's.placed 2nd in novice middlweights&4th in open in 07 caveman classic.4th in 01 show me naturals.placed top 3 and first in a few powerlifting meets and done strongman in europe.

I train H.I.T!2 times a week offseason day 1 chest&back day 2,3,4 off day 5 legs 6,7 off then shoulders&arms 2,3,4 off then legs.dumbell flyes 6-8 reps to absolute failure then 15 sec rest pause 3 reps then 15 sec rp then 1 rep.striaght 2 incline press 3-5 reps 15 sec rp then 2reps then...

Hey thanks alot. I am glad that you came. I need to get with you for a workout program. I already dropped the weight I was using and started doing more reps but I dont really know what I should be doing for excercises and when. I am so used to only powerlifting I dont know what I need to work on.
