I was a year round athlete in high school and I wanted to keep being the best I could be for my teams. I started working out with a friends dad who was a pro power lifter and some upper classmen and I made some great gains and physical changes and I was hooked and have been doing it ever since.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy lifting because of how my body changes and looks better and better along with the great compliments, mainly from the ladies. Finding a lady with the same motivation would be great!
How I Stay Motivated:
Compliments and what I see in the mirror.
BB Accomplishments:
Losing body fat and just looking good in board shorts.
Not only the fact that Ed is in amazing shape, but the fact that his life is so balanced. He is for sure an inspiration not only in the gym but in life as well.
So I am very strick and into my diet and working out cause I just need to do it for me and no one else. I am concerned about my cheat days for my diet. It will be every other week and on my off day from the gym. What I am thinking for my meals are PIZZA, BUFFALO WILD WINGS BONELESS WINGS,...
I understand! Things are going well. I was more motivated this week than I was last week thats for sure. Luckily I dont eat much over the holidays. Things are coming along well slowly but surely. =) Happy holidays sweetie!
Thank you for the kind words. :) I really appreciate it. I LOVE the fact that I am Italian. Proud of it! :-) Have a great day...I am competing this weekend in Fort Lauderdale...BIKINI! wooo hoooo!
Aww..thank you! and it looks like your training is spot on to me. My best advice is just "watch" and listen to your body. Lots to be said for "instinctive" training.
Good for you! I love my morning workouts. Energizes me for the whole day. My workouts are kickin' butt. :) Hoping to see results in my legs soon! I hope you have a super day!
