Goal (Short): create a physique naturally, which will win my Nationals and an IFBB pro card.
Goal (Long): IFBB pro card done sans enhnancements. It may take me a few years to accomplish this since the judges tend to lean toward physiques which are much larger than mine but I will be there each year waiting for when my physique pleases them.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%

This routine has more dance than skills, normally I have much more skills but was not getting rewarded for this in other shows so I created this one, but of course for the show I did this one for I would have been better off doing my old style full of strength and skill.....although in the federation I am competing in now, politics has more to do with anything than skill or routine so lets hope next time around I get things right according to the expecations.
