Description: This is a practice video of my routine taken in Sept 06. This routine has more dance than skills, normally I have much more skills but was not getting rewarded for this in other shows so I created this one, but of course for the show I did this one for I would have been better off doing my old style full of strength and skill.....although in the federation I am competing in now, politics has more to do with anything than skill or routine so lets hope next time around I get things right according to the expecations.

Description: This is my first dress rehearsal in the fitness costume and shoes, plus I am 2 mths out so this routine is just now getting a bit less tiring, getting used to it and getting stronger but the idea was to pin point all those ares I need to polish and fix like leg lenthening, legs together. Just decided yesterday to add my aerial so I should have it off the ground by next week. Linda

Training goes well, diet goes well, even almost getting a full 2 gallon water in per day which has had amazing effects on my health........tweaky back but tolerable. it has healed a bit from that drug, it actually reversed a bit of damage and rebuilt the area a bit. at the least I know I can...
