Since I was a little girl, I was always involved in fitness being involved in soccer and professional dance. Today I mostly run, and use dance to keep fit. Any help and some tips are greatly appreciated.
Why I Love It:
I love keeping fit because it makes me feel good about myself and its also a great way to meet new people and meet others that can encourage and give you the push and drive.
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching one of my best friends go through months of hard work and dedication and to see the payoff in the end. However, I think at this point I feel great about my body and I am healthy and fit, thats whats more important :)

I feel that people don't need to know what I do in my life...we all have passions and goals and sometimes if you tell people they tend to get jealous or prevent you from accomplishing what you want in life. Some things are better left unsaid. So ... while I sit here, there are people drilling holes in our wall to put in a fire sprinkler system (yeah our building did not have a fire sprinkler system haha) and a jackhammer going at it outside ... wonderful isnt it ? lol (I am gonna need new ears lol)
