Since I was a little girl, I was always involved in fitness being involved in soccer and professional dance. Today I mostly run, and use dance to keep fit. Any help and some tips are greatly appreciated.
Why I Love It:
I love keeping fit because it makes me feel good about myself and its also a great way to meet new people and meet others that can encourage and give you the push and drive.
How I Stay Motivated:
I think at this point I feel great about my body and I am healthy and fit, thats whats really important :)

I feel that people don't need to know what I do in my life...we all have passions and goals and sometimes if you tell people they tend to get jealous or prevent you from accomplishing what you want in life. Some things are better left unsaid. I am usually up between 5-5:30am every morning..thats the only time i have to work out, I could never workout late or after work, I would be too tired. I love getting up early and starting off my day with a killer work out! Once your up and running it gets easier!
