How I Started:
Well I started around my senior year in Highschool. I always would be around my older friedns that where all 21 and older. I would go on and off to the gym. I would average 2-3 days a week. So i continued my quest of working out when I could and of course enjoy my life at the same time...
Why I Love It:
Well need to say that its been in my blood...Have a family member that actually was in to bodybuilding and would compete in competitions in New Jersey for Pinnacle. Was very interested when i used to go see him compete. It made me determine that I wanted to be like him and many other Bodybuilders.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated through seeing myself one day in a competion. By looking at Muscle Mags.. Also by listening to certain music i really like when workin out. Then of course one of my best friends and co-worker that i do my workouts with keeps both of us progressing in lifting....
BB Accomplishments:
Major bodybuilding accomplishments is that about 3 years ago i finally got over the hump of Bench pressing over 225..Another major one was doing leg lifts pressing over 550lbs.

Yes busy here at work too. Workouts are always going well for me unless I am sick with a cold or allergies which that is all gone now until another 6 or so months, haha.

1st week almost gone of my 12 week cut! Hopefully I can do it in 8 then start some big gains for an additional 8 weeks. How is everything it sucks I have been working out in the dungeon but ill be back!
