I would like to eventually decrease my body fat percentage down to 7-8% after gaining some muscle mass and a significant amount of strength.
Goal (Long):
Since I was a young kid I have always looked up to the muscular and chiseled heroes in the action movies that I watched (Sylvester Stallone and Arnold especially). I remember being three years old and wanting to look like and actually wanting to become Batman, and I still do. I don't want to look like everyone else. I want to have a good looking body, yet still be able to have functional fitness so that I can protect myself as well as others from bad people. I also want to be able to be confident and go out with attractive women. I want to be a lean 200 lbs with 7-8% body fat. I want to be able to do 20 plus pull-ups, 100 push-ups, run a 6 minute mile, complete a triathlon, do 20 single-leg squats, deadlift 3 times my body-weight, squat 3 times my body-weight, and much more. I think that the best way to stay motivated is to focus on the functional fitness. I know if I keep motivated, work hard, smart, and get my nutrition right, then I will not be denied a perfect body. F@#$ GENETICS!!!
