Overall Goal: The overall goal is to kick all this fat and become healthy, toned and strong! I would also like to eventually be a transformation of the week... that would be very motivating!
Fit Status:
Down 58.4 lbs so far :) Ooo I have Soccer practice tonight... YAY!
This is the heaviest I have ever been. When I saw this picture I had a little crying session and then quickly moved on to formulating a plan. Which has included LA FItness and most recently Tiffany Forni :)
It was getting too expensive to buy new scrubs as I lost so I started wearing the hospital issued ones. I hit a plateau but with the help of my trainers at LA Fitness and Tiffany Forni I am back on track and have lost 6+ lbs this week.

Goal (Long):
I'm taking goals by the 10's. This week I got under 250. So that was exciting! my next goal is 239 :)
What is so inspirational about Tif is that she started out overweight too and completely changed her body... she is beautiful and muscular and at the same time is completely down to earth. I can relate to her as a person which makes it so much easier to picture myself creating some of the same changes. Before I just wanted to lose weight...but now I want to get strong!
So last night I posted a question about a comment that was made to me by a GNC salesman. Ya I guess I could have titled it something other than "bodybuilding.com being shut down by FDA???" and yah I suppose I could have googled it myself... I could google a lot of things that I ask...
hey there, thanks for the nice note! we rented a house on the lake up in Wolcott. it was my first time there . . . pretty nice. so what are your goals sweetie?
Amazing progress!! Truly inspirational! The motivational people on this site far outweigh the jerks. But I know how hard it can be to get mean comments. It sounds like you did just fine though! :-)
Good job Nurse! You look great. I hope you feel good as well! C'mon, blog us some info on what you're doing for training, diet, etc. You've gone through all this trouble to download, upload and such. Maybe put some words with the posted weight loss. Positive feedback from your webmates can only help (I would imagine). OR, I can just mind my own business and let you go at your own pace! At any rate, keep up the good work and I'll check on you next week some time. Jim
You are quite welcome. Thank you in return for accepting my friend invite. Best wishes to you in accomplishing all your health and fitness goals. Take care and have a great day.
WOW!!! I just saw the difference in your progress pic. to your profile pic. and had to drop you a quick word or two. Awsome job nurse! I enjoy scolling through every now and then and finding real people making real changes in their lives. Again, great job and keep it up. I look forwaed to seeing or hearing the progress of ItalianRN in the future! God bless!
