My best mate works out he got me into lifting weights, now I have made the conversion to Olympic style lifting, which I will continue to do and hopefully make it to the Commonwealth Games, or the Olympic Games.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
My rest usually lasts about 10 seconds. Or enough time to get a drink of water.
Why? Keep my heart rate up. Burn fat and increase cardio benefits. A quick training is a good workout.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
10 in my conditioning cycle and 5-3 in my strength cycle.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I don't really think any of the bodybuilders of today have good physiques. Sure they are big and tht, but they lack a natural look. Although, I do admire Johnnie Jackson alot. I think he has the best Side Chest pose in the sport. And he is still a competitive powerlifter as well as a pro bodybuilder.I don't really think any of the bodybuilders of today have good physiques.
