I don't remember how I got started, all I know is that I'll never stop.
Why I Love It:
As I've become educated on the importance of a good diet and fitness, I have no reason not to love it! I can't pin point it exactly but I'm thankful for that 'something' that makes this new life style appealing. I never want to go back to the way things were.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself how far I've come and how great success has made me feel. I know there are more successes to come...and I want to expierence them..I am my motivation

I don't think I will ever be SUPER skinny...and I truthfully don't want to be...My MAIN goal is to get to a point of maintence...where I'm not tryin to lose weight or gain tone I can just focus on keepin myself at a stong and healthy constant. So what do you do for living? I still studying to become Petroleum Engineer. And my progress picture will be long time til it comes espically with an eating habit like mine, but the nice thing about my body I stay on the same weight if I eat to much or not. But if I doing a real diet thing I lose weight easily which I tried it once in my life that was first of Ramadan only :D
