The reason I started all of this. This is almost 3 weeks without the intensive training I was doing. Keeping diet very clean but eagerly awaiting the ok to get back to my routine.

It's been almost a month since I've had a full on workout. What started out as a cold then morphed into pericarditis. Needless to say, all I could do to this point is keep the diet very clean. It's been a challenge but I've been good. It's made me realize how much my training helps me keep...
