How I Started:
My sophmore year of high school I tried out for the football team and made it. Playing football was amazing but it consumed too much of my time. When I quit I found myself longing for the strength I had when playing so I started lifting again and now I am addicted.
Why I Love It:
The rush I get when lifting is unmatched by anything else in my life. Knowing that each day at the gym I contribute to getting larger and stronger than before is just a great feeling. Plus the ladies love it! haha.
How I Stay Motivated:
I am not and will never be satisfied with my body, but nothing will stop me from trying. Plus my older brother lifts, can't let me pass me up.
BB Accomplishments:
Getting from a twig to a bit of muscle. Nothing else other than that though.

Think most of your recent muscle gain and definition went to your upper chest and shoulders. Solid work also on traps and delts. Certainly a lot more than FROM A TWIG TO SOME MUSCLE. Great job. André

Solid upper body Bryan. Lean with an impressive amount of muscle through out especially your traps and shoulders. Keep training strong but please don't scare the children ;-)

U R a lot more than "A bit of muscle".You've created a very muscular and ripped body. New oic shows thick and shredded AND very wide back, solid shoulders and arms. Profile pic shows ripped bod also from excellent traps to solid abs. No more space here for more detail so Congrats and continued success. André
