How I Started:
One day my good friend asked me how much weight i had gained since high school. I stepped on the scale the next day and realized i gained almost 40lbs since then. It was only two years. I knew i needed to take action. To the gym i went.

It is a way of life for me. No motivation is needed.
The man gets it in...Whatever the weight he still maintains his fitness levels. A lot of people can gain 20-30lbs however their physique isnt maintained like this dude has done. Great job man!!!
Anyone have any suggestions on tightening my buttox area besides deadlifts and squats? I looked in the mirror this morning and wasnt happy haha...Thanx
Thanks bud, Yea I could not get my hands around why the gym would help me at the time. I guess my mother knew I had a thing or two to learn about disciline and to get away from instant gratification. Well it took me 8 years..lool
I'm not starting my mass phase till next week. Came of this contest last weekend pretty hard and put on a little more than intended. Trying to cut down a bit this week and shed this excess water weight first. Added about 12lbs from the weekend!
