How are things going over there? Today is a challenge for me, I'm a bit wore out. Since I've got both therapy for my lower back and Legs to work this eve, I am going to have to dig deep for some NRG. May sneak a nap in this eve, which might help prep me for Legs. Are you Training well?

Wow! You've made some good progress. Glad to hear you appreciate the importance of walking/running, lots of people pass up on this. Due to spine injury, I can't really run, but I do like taking the stairs regularly. Thanks 4 the support and join me in changing lots by year's end!

How is your Training coming? My back injury has improved to where I can Spin & Swim regularly. I will settle for Cardio as opposed to just sitting around all day!

BTW, many years before I "transformed" from ~191 to ~150, I went from 228 down to 168 (also in 2 years, but I was in your age range). That was when I started to learn about lifting and I wish I'd had help with Nutrition (which is more important that diet).
