How I Started:
I was always into fitness, I played alot of baseball as a teen, but I never took the gym as a place to sculpt and build my body, but rather a place to stay healthy. However, one day after not playing sports for awhile, I decided I wanted to start taking my training alittle more serious and get down to business. The rest is history
