Hey there. Nice to see another Cali person. You look fantastic. You have such an incredible body. Keep up the hard work and don't let a little weight gain stop you. (Mainly because it was not noticable)

I do bodyweight exercises for beginners. I have 2 partially torn rotator cuffs in my shoulders & issues with my back. I go to physical therapy 1 or 2 times a week. Otherwise I am OK,lol!
