How I Started:
Started off working out just to tighten up and lose some fat. I did a lot of aerobics classes, other than my pregnancies I was never more than 10lbs. over weight, although always lacked muscular definition. I know body fat had a lot to do with it, but I didn't really know what I was doing with the weights or my nutrition.
Why I Love It:
It's a stress reliever for me and I'm liking the changes my body is slowly making.
How I Stay Motivated:
Clothes, mirror and looking at old pictures of myself.

Felt as big as a house in this picture. My husband twisted my arm to post this ugly pic. Gave birth to my second child 9 hours after this pic was taken. This is the reason for my troubled midsection to this day.
Hey countrywoman, how's it been? Dark sand beaches in here are crawling with fit bodies everytime the sun shows up LOL but this year he's a little shy so far :( oh well, gotta keep pumping iron!
Makes sence. That is definitely the draw back of Keto. And you know I don't let you bad talk your wheels so I'm not gonna comment on that! LOL Any plans for the weekend?
Hi Betty, how's everything? I have a question if you don't mind. My wife works out just about every night. she had been doing weights, but recently decided to start doing Pilates 2-3x/wk. She doesn't need to loose weight (size 0), and would benefit more from weights I think. Should I just let her do her own thing, or suggest she does weights instead? Thanks, and have a great day.
Training has been going extremely well for me..making progress daily. I'm still very focused on my training and diet..finally got off that plateau!! Woohoo!!
Nice tri, nice back - everything going good, doing a lot of 30 sec circuit training in between lifting, upping the cardio. I'll PM you when I have a second. clc.
