How I Started:
It dates back to seeing my Dad as a kid, aged 6 or so. He's a pretty big guy and he backed me up when I was the new kid in the neighborhood. Then my older sister bought a small dumbbell set and started to out. I followed her example at times and learned some exercises that way around the time I was 12. I didn't actually buy a gym pass until I was 16.

Not long ago, I entered the NxLabs Ultimate Fitness Challenge. The prize for the winner is an endorsement contract, $10 000 cash, and a trip to the 2010 Arnold Classic. Right now, I hold the top spot in the on-going first round based on votes.
