When I Started:
How I Started:
It started with a vanity trip to become skinny. The more I learned about fitness the more I just wanted to be fit. After awhile, things told me it was something it had to do, and then I grew a passion for running when I ran out of excuses. Now is my journey to become stronger and more athletic. I want to challenge my body to see where it can go.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling after a hard workout. I love how it makes me feel more confident in my body and in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
I finally realized I need to do this to take care of my health, and I want to see how far I can go with this.
BB Accomplishments:
Its not really a BBA, but since highschool I've dropped 55 lbs from my highest weight of 225, and am still counting! It may be a slow process, but I ain't going back :)

I just foudn this pic taken in Feburary. It was around that time I had actually just started working out. I didn't realise how HUGE I was, I just felt like going to the gym. I am really glad I found this. It proves I have already had success though I didn't notice it....
175lb, I lost all the weight I gained after my surgery and I ate bad for the month I was off. Lots of pasta and chocolate. Anyway its lower then my post surgery weight were I didn't eat for two weeks haha. So that is super cool. I get to eat and I am loving the workouts.

Goal (Long):
I want to slim down, look great and not be overweight anymore. I want to challenge my body and see what it can do instead of forever condemning it to chairs and pasta. I just want to be an athlete.
So, I've had pretty much a month of inconsistent training. By that I really mean I have been feeling completely off and basically lost track of what exactly my goals where and have barely sustained 3 workouts a week. After feeling very down and stressed and not all there these past few days...
I love the saying you have up! You look fantastic in that avi! Moving can definatly put a dint in both diet and exercise...its going to be a challenge when I can finally move to Texas too!! Keep going though girl!!
well we have no A/C at all so it was hell on Sunday night and tehn Monday the thunder and lightning was literally right outside our bedroom window so I was woken up by that. Not a fun past couple of days
Glad to hear it...Generally I'm okay but in a bit of a funk today..just all the humidity and not sleeping well...I'm sure I will get out of it soon enough.
I have been studying different religions since I was 19! lol. I seem to have an unrelentless want to know 'why'...why people think its ok to have wars based on religion...or condemn someone...etc. I am LOVING the Tao te Ching! Its amazing!! I absolutly love buddhism too and very much believe its major tenants!! Thats neat that your reading it too!!
Oh wow girl! Hang in there! That sounds like a crazy scheduale and if your that exhausted then you would be prone to injury if you do workout!! I'm doing o.k. its been a battle to get back on track since getting home from Okinawa! But slooowly i'm bringing it back to the same determination I had before the competition! As a trainer....all eyes are always on me! So no excuses!!
Hey, I can understand about feeling overworked. I was up til 4 am last night coughing after a painful squat workout. I just got home from work and I'm exhausted.
You shouldn't feel bad about your pics, they are a good motivator, but you already look fantastic and your progress is awesome. You have a really nice figure naturally, it will look phenomenal when you cut down.
You don't like FL? I don't either much, but everyone I know dreams of living there. Canada's a cool place too! Training is going great, I just finished a KILLER squat workout. I've been training them really heavy. I've always had big quads, but maybe sometime soon I'll have the courage to post them up on bodyspace. I'm a bit shy as far as more revealing pics go LOL.
