How I Started:
After months of trying on and off again I am started once again with clearer goals in mind and a better state of mind. Now that I am on the right path I want to find better health for my body and look great too. I no longer need the weight.
Why I Love It:
I really hate working out, but I like the results and how it makes me strong. The worse thing about it: Post-workout soreness. I really need tips for reducing that XD
How I Stay Motivated:
By reminding myself every little bit counts and not forcing myself to limits I am not ready to take on because I feel I have to.
BB Accomplishments:
My highest weight in highschool was 225. Since then it has dropped and stuck about 175-182. For the past few years I have wanted to lose more, but I guess I just wasn't ready.

Goal (Long):
I would like to get down to a healthy weight of 140. I don't feel the need to be overweight any more. I hope to build shapely legs and a nice butt, and flatten out my stomach and slim down my hips to make the most of my curvy figure.
Why I like this video: I wish I could dance like this, she is so in shape too! And good at belly dancing which I am learning.. P.S this one should play unlike the last one.
My goal in this challengeĀ is to lose around 30lbs. Tomorrow is the half way point and I think I am doing pretty well. I have been slacking with the exercise (strength) but I do cardio pretty much everyday I can. It has just been walking, but I think once I am back from my trip to Toronto I will...
I am starting it on the 11th. It's 10 weeks. Figure it is perfect cause I am also training for a 5K down at the ARnold in March :) That is great that you lost during the holidays. I am sure I gained a lot! :(
I pretty much have taken a break for the holiday. My avi pic was the result of my 12 week transformation contest. About to start a new one next week! :-) Looking forward to it.

Hey Pretty Lady!! I'm doing great!!! Rockin out 2-3 WOD's a day and leading a crossfit style boot camp in the park once a week!! I SO wanted one good training partner and the God's decided to drop TWO awesome training partners in my lap!! Woot woot!! AND the best thing EVER...my daughter is now rocking out the workouts too and did her first 2 WOD day!!! SO stoked!! how are you doing??
hey Trish! yeah things are going good. I had about 3 weeks where I was really down with some injuries and family drama but I am back at it now. Hoping to really kick it into gear now that the warmer weather is here. Hopefully once school is over for you, you can get back into it as well. :-)
