my dad lifts weights.my 2 uncles are bodybuilders.so i thought to myself,why not.another reason is that i look like a stick man when my clothes are on.i wanna look better.
Why I Love It:
it gives me a sense of satisfaction. i feel great after hardcore workouts. the only thing i have thats my own is my body. so the only thing i can do is to improve it

dude i wasn't having ago at you but trust me when i say that you don't need 2 isolates you have 1 isolate and 1 cassien but anyway, i was just trying to help no need to be defensive.

dude why you on 2 types of protein powders just stick to one of them. proberly stick with Optimum but dont use 2 theres no point anyway good luck.
