when i was little i used to watch my grandpa lift hes gone now but ill always remember him.
Why I Love It:
There's nothing like the feeling you get after a good workout. i feel accomplished and healthy and cant wait til the next workout.

Watching ronnie coleman and jay cutler there beast.
