I'm getting restarted! I lifted hard from Dec 06 thru June 07 to prep for bro's wedding. I've been laying lo since. I'm newly single and have new motivation to get in shape...i'm what some call skinny-fat. Low body weight, no definition.
Why I Love It:
It helps me stay motivated and sane in the rest of my life!!

On vacation in Palm Springs in 2006 Back Dbl Bi's - still @ 178 lbs!
Seeing my sorry midsection and zero definition prompted me to into the gym!
This was taken after five months in the gym. I was hoping for more growth, but it's been slow. I am able to lift greater amount of weight - I'm just not seeing my bi's pop!

I did it...i'm all signed up at Anytime Fitness in Isanti. Cathy, the club manager, is awesome. I'm looking forward to hittin' it and posting a progress pic at the end of the month.
