How I Started:
I needed an extra push in my weight loss goals.
Why I Love It:
Not sure I do. Just started bodybuilding. I do love a good sweat. It's an endorphine rush of feel good pleasure.
How I Stay Motivated:
1. I remember how I felt and looked after losing 70lbs.
2. I look at clothes I want to buy.
3. Comments about my youthful appearance from coworkers, family and friends.

Goal (Long):
1. Lose at least 1 inch around the waist every month with low carb tapering diet.
2. Build lean muscle mass by increasing weights every week until last rep in last set is difficult to complete.
3. Have heads turn in admiration as I walk by.
4. I want to accomplish this 6 months from today.
